"Andare di"

Due Italo-Americani che non sanno mai cosa gli va di fare; una donna scandalosa a cui va di indossare un abito rosso al ballo; alcuni giovani soldati tedeschi a cui va di tornare a casa dalla loro mamma. Parliamone, usando l’espressione “andare di.” Con esempi tratti dai seguenti film: Germania anno zero; Medea; The Hours; Un chant d'amour; Timbuktu; Fried Green Tomatoes; Marty; Jezebel; e The Bridge.

Two Italian-American guys who never know what they feel like doing; a scandalous woman that feels like wearing a red dress to the ball; some young German soldiers who feel like going home to their moms. Let’s talk about them, using the expression “andare di.” Examples from the films listed above.
