Current cineracconti – published in September 2021 and later – are written at a mid-intermediate level of Italian. They include most scenes and dialogue from the film, with grammar and vocabulary adjusted for this level. English translation is side-by-side with the Italian text. This is our current format going forward.
Cineracconti published prior to this, in the first years of the blog – in February 2021 and earlier – are written at a high intermediate level. They tend to include all scenes and dialogue verbatim, with a separate vocabulary list on a PDF document. Grammar exercises about the films are posted at the bottom of the final installments of nearly all the films.
